Accent Air – Rheem Outdoor LCD PCB

The Outdoor Board controls the external refrigeration unit, which includes the reversing valve, compressor and outdoor fan. It also provides sensory feedback of the outdoor coil temperature, which is used by the Indoor Board to control the outdoor fan speed and to manage the de-ice cycle.
The Outdoor Board also has High pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) inputs for protection of the compressor. There are also Manual inputs available for activating the Compressor and Reversing Valve, when the Outdoor unit is used stand-alone with an external thermostat/control.
