We’re as excited about your new pool gear as you are! That’s why we aim to get your order to you faster than a cannonball splash:
- We ship most items via Australia Post, but for our larger items like pool heat pumps, we use specialised carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Need extra peace of mind? Just give us a shout, and we can arrange registered or insured post.
- We’re speedy! Orders usually ship the same or next business day. If there’s an unexpected delay (rarer than a quiet day at Bondi), we’ll let you know pronto.
- Got an urgent order? Place it before 3pm, and we’ll do our best to get it out the same day. Feel free to give us a call if you’re in a rush – we know the feeling of wanting to dive right in!
- No need to worry about out-of-stock items – if it’s on our website, it’s ready and waiting in our warehouse.
- Shipping options? You’ve got ’em. Choose your preferred method when you check out.
- For our mates in rural areas, allow up to 3 business days for delivery. WA friends, you might need to wait a tad longer (but we promise it’ll be worth it!).
Returns & Replacements: No Need to Get in Hot Water
Not happy with your purchase? Don’t sweat it (save that for the sauna):
- If you’re not 100% satisfied, let us know within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- If the mistake’s on us, we’ll happily replace or refund your item.
- We just ask that you cover the return postage – think of it as your contribution to keeping our prices as low as a pool floor.

- Prefer to pay in person? No worries! We accept direct deposits in-store.
