• The Rheem RTHP250YT delivers 247.4kW heating output with 288.0kW available in Beast Mode. Offering one of the highest efficiencies in the range, it achieves a COP of 7.2 in heating mode and 9.2 in Night Mode. Cooling performance is rated at 127.4kW. Noise levels range from 57–67 dBA. The unit requires a 125A circuit breaker, 18.0L/s flow rate, and 100mm PVC pipe connections. Designed for large commercial applications, it measures 2835 × 1260 × 2110 mm and weighs approximately 1300kg.
